VEJA Impala Running shoes

All my Euro size 38 shoes (non-VEJA) are perfect but these were a bit small. I am a true 7 & 1/2, I feel these are more like size 7. My other Veja running shoes, Rio Branco, were size 39 and they fit much better. Sneakers are in excellent condition. Worn a handful of times, only visible wear is on the soles.
