It has an off the shoulder neckline, but also has shoulder straps giving it a super cute layered effect. It´s pink and red striped, with the stripes on the neckline, bottom hem, and sleeve cuffs having smaller stripes and a different type of weave than the rest of the top. This is literally one of my fav tops, and it´s absolutely adorable. I´ve been holding on to this since the early 2000s, and it´s time for it to go to a new home. Perfect for Valentine´s Day!
