Pre-owned but in very good condition.Only imperfection noticed is a small pull/tear in the front on the right side (about midway down; see photos). It is not noticeable until the fabric there is stretched or pulled, but I, of course, wanted to point it out. It is not large, but I wanted to be upfront about any and all imperfections. No other marks or damage noticed.Dark red color.Pencil skirt shape/style that is pull-on (no zippers or buttons). Wool-blend skirt that is dry clean only.Measures 15 across hip to hip when laid flat and 24 from the top of the waistband down to the bottom hem.Size 12.
