60s Vintage Black with Silver Design Dress and Sash Medium

This dress was my great grandma´s and is in very good condition. It is black with a silver design down the front. The sash is very skinny with a silver design on a black background. I have always worn the sash across my waist, but there are many ways to use it or not to. It has a zipper down the back.There is very little information on the tag; there is a picture of what is on it. There is no size on the tag, but the size would be about a medium. Here are the measurements. The shoulders are 20 inches. The bust is 38 inches. The waist is 36 inches. The hips are 43 inches. It is 40 inches long.
