This soft flexible straw hat by Selma (Kensington Ave. Bklyn NY ) is probably from the 1960´s. The union hatters label attached was used from the 1930´s to the 80´s. Marked size 22 1/2 but my measurements say 21 1/2. I measure along the inside band twice getting the same measurement. Red and white candy cane stripe brim has fabric piping along the edge. Bow detail in the back. The straw is in excellent condition. The only issue is the red inside band is discolored. Shown in the last photo. Smoke free home. I ship same or next business day.
