Worn some, mostly stored in good condition. Really cute lucky horseshoe belly ring 14kt gold. There are holes behind each stone which makes me think they are small diamonds but I´m not sure. I´ve had this for 25 years and had been kept stored and well taken care of. Some discoloration on the bar that goes inside the naval. Needs professional cleaning.
