Vintage 18k gold and Sterling diamond pave earrings

Absolutely beautiful vintage diamond, gold and sterling pierced earrings. These were passed down to me but almost certain they are Lagos. Markings inside, but very small. Front facing is pave diamonds surrounded by gold, back is sterling silver.
