Sterling Silver With Ethiopian Opal And Tanzonaite? Inside Out Hoop Earrings

In very good pre-owned condition. Earrings are 1.25 tall. Earrings are marked 925 China and have a hallmark that I couldn´t identify. Tested positive for sterling. Purple stones may be tanzonite or tourmaline (they don´t test as amethyst on my presidium gem tester). Please see all pictures.
