Stunning Rhodium over 925 sterling Silver Smoky Quartz & Diamond Ring size 8

Selling an STUNNING Smoky quartz and real Diamond Ring.Metal: Rhodium over 925 sterling silver.Size: 8Weight: 12.7 gramsStamped: 925 R ChinaWidest point is 3/4”The Diamonds are real and they little over 150 !!(lost count lol)This ring was purchased in the early 2000’s from the QTV channel. Sold out several years ago.Condition: There is visible wear/scratches only on the band (see pic 16 and zoom in) the rest is in like new condition, big main gemstone is excellent, no scratches. Diamond’s are mint, none is missing.***Fully stamped: 925 R China. Unfortunately I don’thave the ring information anymore but there is an R beside the 925, could be Ross-Simos? Or is just to represent the Rhodium plated. I don’t know the gemstone or diamonds carat/clarity either but the quartz is big approx 12mm x 10mm and each diamond is approx 0.5 mm each. I’m using a school ruler so measurements are approx. ****I believe Rhodium plated jewelry is not sizable, (some professional jewelers will do it but it’s expensive) please make sure it fits because unfortunately I don’t accept returns.
