Vintage Sterling Silver 18k Gold Swiss Blue Topaz Statement Ring poss Krementz

Fashioned in solid sterling silver with applied 18k gold accents, this ring is set with a gorgeous genuine emerald cut Swiss blue topaz gem. There are marcasites above and below the main stone. The shoulders are carved in an intricate scroll pattern. The setting measures 3/4" or 19mm north-south. The east-west measurement for the bezel setting is approximately 11/16" or 17mm. The lovely baby blue topaz is estimated to measure 12mm by 10mm by 8mm, or approximately 8 carats. This stunning ring is size 6.75. It weighs approximately 7.6 gramsIt is marked 925 and 18k. There is a maker´s mark that resembles Krementz Jewelry´s newer marks. It is difficult to see.Overall condition is very good. There are areas on the ring shoulders that might have lost the marcasites. It is not uncommon and does not detract from its beauty. Topaz is the birthstone for the month of November.
