Beautiful Antique Vintage solid 14K White Gold Genuine Carved Shell Lady Cameo Heart Filigree Brooch Pin (marked on clasp "14K" and acid tested). It measures about 1 1/8" in length by about 15/16" in its widest. Genuine carved shell cameo is almost 1" by about 3/4" (widest). This unique brooch pin pendant weighs about 4.1 grams and is in antique vintage used pre-owned condition. Cameo has hairline crack on the right side. Item is priced accordingly.
