Art Deco / Davidson?There is a seam line on the baseOn the back side of the vase there are some dark rough spots on the top rim shown in pic 8. Possibly ash?Weight is 2lb 2.2ozVery Bold Blue, closest color match seems to be Fenton’s Periwinkle Blue slag.
