This is a very rare and desired stamp from 1867..#83 3 cent Washington stamp with C Grill... Yesss Count them 17 vertical rows and points up...This stamp is F/VF with a fancy cancel...It does have a minor fault for off centering but that is to be expected with the older stamps. Otherwise she is a beauty..sc 1100
