Vintage underwriters laboratories portable lamp. There is a crack in one spot where the neck meets the base, that is pictured. It has the potential to stand almost 15 inches tall but it is meant to be adjusted. The actual light shade part is about 9 1/2 in wide and almost 2 in tall. The base is about 6 in wide and 6 1/4 in tall. There are a couple rust spots on it, but it Does actually work as pictured.
