Each stone looks genuine and they were all prong set. There are dots all around the ring shank where it is stamped 925. The setting I has a slight gold tint to it, and the ring shank seems more modern for the age and style, so I’m guessing g this was originally a ring or pendant and is new ring shank was added. I also guess that the setting is German Silver. It is just beautiful and I guarantee anyone who wears it will get a lot of compliments! Size 7.
