Vintage Blue Rhinestones Fan and Tassel Brooch - Japanned Finish and Shades of Sapphire Glass An absolutely stunning midnight sapphire blue rhinestone brooch. It is incredibly well made, but it is not signed. The brooch has a fan design finished by a tassel, with lots of details. These include a filigree swirl on the upper right, the dark mysterious metal finish, the woven bead tassel tips, the open back crystals, and the uncommon choice of chain. It is a high end brooch. The overall height of the brooch is 3 3/4 including the tassels. It is 1 3/4 wide.The condition overall is excellent. No damage, no loss of plating, and all stones look to be original.
