Fits any and all p365 models with any slide configuration. Uses xmacro or fuse mags. Xmacro is flush fit. Fuse is extended past the grip. Built in magwell. Excellent grip module. Has wear from holster use but nothing that will effect functionality. Barely noticable. Look at the pics.Grip module on the right ONLY. The coyote grip is all you get.
