RARE Antique Chalkware Victorian Figures 11 T x 5.5 W, Lady & Gentleman Curtsy B

This lovely pair of chalkware Victorian figures dates back to the early 20th century. Each figure is wearing antique cream-colored clothing with gold accents as well as real lace overlay on the lady´s gown and the gentleman´s cuffs. The lady is also wearing a lovely bonnet which is tied at her neck with a gold bow. They are in a curtsy position which was standard procedure before dancing at the ball. This set is absolutely stunning, and you won´t find another pair like them. You can tell how the face and hair are carved on each piece that they are very old. The wonderful thing about this set is they are carved on all 4 sides, so they look gorgeous from the front as well as the back.
