Vintage Mattel Patootie “Talking” Clown Doll Non Working 1965

Vintage 1965 Mattel Patootie “Talking” Clown Doll I put talking in quotes because it currently doesn´t work. Talking Clown Doll is the official name. I´m not sure if it can be fixed, if I pull the cord nothing happens (it does go back in). Otherwise it´s in really good condition for it´s age, doesn´t appear to be faded or worn much. Could use some cleaning. Please see photosapprox 16" tall
