Commonwealth Balloon Elephant Plush 8" Grey Nylon 2002 VTG Rare Carnival Party. Very neat, hard to find Commonwealth Balloon Elephant plush. Made of a stretchable nylon type material. Modeled after a balloon elephant you would find at the carnival or circus. Very neat plush, perfect for any collection. Measures 8 inches tall and 15 inches snout to tail. A couple of tiny pulls but overall in nice shape. Nose squeaks when pressed. Smoke-free.
