Vintage Early 1990s Rios Of Mercedes Mustard Yellow/Tan Cowboy Boots in pre-owned condition. Date handwritten inside boot says 12-24-91. Boots appear to have been recently re-soled (please see photos). To the best of my knowledge, the spots on the boots are most likely the natural oils in the leather which can occur over time especially with older boots.
