As pictured - the roof top peaks have broken off. On the front right side I believe there is supposed to be some torture tools that have become unglued - do not have available. On the left side there is a small box that has become unglued - this piece is included. The guillotine is loose on the right corner - still attached somewhat. I did not see any guillotine action when turned on. There is a skeleton laying on the ground right side of building that has also become unglued, this piece is included. Packaging is in worn condition.
