It features an Irish Leprechaun with a pipe in his mouth and a rainbow with a pot of gold as the handle! As you can see in the pictures it is in EXCELLENT condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. Displays beautifully!! Identified on the bottom as Leprechaun D6847.
