Baroque large pearl pendant with diamonds/crystals

This is a Constance sunburst genuine large baroque Pearl with diamond like stones or crystals.According to my research similar item had listed it as real lace diamonds set in oxidized silver.I don’t test my jewelry although exactly the same. I would just say possibly diamonds or just crystals. The chain is not original tothe pendant so you can change it.It’s a strikingly beautiful piece. Some of the tiny stones may be missing but you can hardly see.The last two pictures are from another site that details the item.Looks exactly like mine but I don’t test the stones.
