Vintage art nouveau/art deco necklace featuring pendant of woman’s face

Beautiful necklace of a woman’s serene face adorned with a floral crown. The pendant is suspended from the necklace with complementary long beads, silver fluted beads with a sterling silver clasp. The origin of the bluish beads is not known to me. I am not an expert on vintage jewelry. The item is signed, but could find no information. The ladies head is 2 1/2” x 2 1/4”.the length of the chain is approximately 13” from the top of the pendant and including the full length of the pendant 15 1/2” long.It is a beautiful piece and very good condition.
