keeps putting me off on a ring I didn´t receive. saying the package was left on the porch..I have purchased many rings from them and never have they been placed on the porch and not in my mail box which is locked with a key that only myself and mail lady has. I was told by Manger Nikki I would receive my full refund on the 12th. yet they keep saying the same thing and given me the run around. I don´t won´t this to happen to others.
