It will go by height, weight and length.All cards are nonholo and lightly played and above in condition. When packaging, we will either send it binder and all wrapped up with bubble wrap and in a tight fit box. If asked no binder, we will sleeve all cards and wrap them by 100 in bubble wrap and secured. When shipping we will use the cheapest shipping we can out there (pirateship) so as to make it even cheaper than before. REFUNDWE WILL GIVE YOU A HALF REFUND IF YOU THINK THE CONDITIONS NOT AS IT SAYS, BUT ONLY AFTER THERE IS EXTENSIVE PROOF OF SAID DAMAGE DONE AND CARDS ARE SHIPPED BACK.
