Available is an Original 1st Printing of an Ultra Rare 1975 Concert Poster promoting a July series of performances by Augie Meyers and Roky Erickson and the Alien Blieb at the Too Bitter Bar in San Marcos, Texas.The Poster measures approx. 11 x 17 and is in good condition other than some edge chipping and the charring around the edges. Must have been one Hell of a Party!Never seen one of these Ever!The Too Bitter Bar was open from 1972-1977 at San Marcos Square. The name came from the term two bits , the amount of money it cost to operate a video game. This was basically a Video arcade bar but they had a good sound system and featured dancing and live entertainment.They allowed murals tro be painted on the walls of black, green and red moons, watermelons, lips and bananas.But the most Unusal thing was when it closed in 1977, Marijuana was found growing in the carpet!
