Vintage Ancient Roman Coin Sterling Silver Gold Vermeil Necklace

This necklace is solid sterling silver with gold vermiel which is a thick gold plate. I purchased the item from an auction and the seller doesn´t know its history. It is marked 925 on the clasp. It´s approximately 19 inches long and the shorter chain is 18 inches. It weighs 37 grams. Please see pictures for more details.
