A big dramatic dress that feels like wearing nothing, sewn in our abstract floral Seafoam Brocade. Balloon hem with under-dress that follows the body so you feel held, while the outer-dress poofs and swings. Gathered pleats along the enclosed elastic neckline makes for easy on / off, full bishop sleeves finished with bias bound cuffs. Pockets of course. Snaps at shoulder to hold bra straps. - Size 1 Front measures 32 inches from top of shoulder - Size 1 Back measures 33 inches from top of shoulder - Made in NYC - 100% Polyester - Machine wash, hang dry or tumble dry low.
