It has an adjustable strap with a drop down at the longest length of 6 .Inside is lined and has three slip pockets and one zipper pocket. Measurements are 8.5 L 6 H 5.5 W.Wallet is a bi-fold style with a front latch pocket. Inside has 4 slip pockets, 6 card slots and an ID slot. Measurements are 4.5 L 3.75 H 1 W.
