This exquisite 1972 Lladro Wedding Couple is a masterpiece in mint condition by Julio Fernandez. Original retail price is 315.00. It is a figurine that is a wonderfully sculpted and has incredible details of a couple wearing their gorgeous wedding attire. The bride has a beautiful dress with white and pink pastel colors and bow ties going down the side. She is also wearing a beautiful veil and is holding a wedding bouquet. The groom is wearing a grey long tail tuxedo and is holding his top hat in his hand. Their faces seem solace and happy. This piece is handmade, and hand painted with a glazed finish. It was made in Spain. It measures 10 3/4 tall 3 1/2 wide. I think Lladro sculptors are one of the most talented artists of his time, their attention to detail is truly magnificent. It´s in excellent condition no chips or cracks. No original box.
