Antique Fenton PLAID Carnival Glass ICS Low Bowl or Plate SCARCE Purple Amethyst

Stunning early 1900s carnival glass shallow bowl (or plate?) by Fenton in its mesmerizing Plaid pattern:- Antique est. ca. 1907-1920- True amethyst, very scarce color in this pattern- ~2 1/4” H x 8 1/2” D, low profile ice cream size (ICS) bowl or plate- “Plaid” is unique pattern, unlike anything else in Carnival, w/rays divided into small rectangular shapes creating texture reminiscent of tree rings- Excellent antique shape w/no cracks, chips or repairs that I can see or feel; only some minor signs of wear consistent with & appropriate to age- But I’m not an expert, store or reseller (piece is from my collection I must sadly downsize) so please enlarge & examine all photos to determine design, size, color (appearance of which varies by screen/monitor & lighting) & condition by your standards & ask any questions prior to purchase
