VTG Handmade Velvet Baton Twirling Majorette Sequins Uniform Costume Outfit Red

-Item is in good vintage condition.-Flaw of note is there are a few age type spots on the skirt/cape and under part has some faded red on it from age. see pictures.-the sequence on the front of the uniform has amazing detail and intact. There are 3 snaps that hold it in place on the uniform/costume.-this appears to be a size medium but there are no tags as it is handmade.-item is very old but in great shape for age.-the accessory could be a skirt or a cape and snaps as well
