This dress was handmade by Monarchy designs in Canada. It’s the Lola dress white and red poppy print. Fully lined back zipper, stunning on. I ordered two of these and this one has been worn once. It’s heavier than it looks because of the full lining. Very flattering on. Bust measures 41 inches and length is 40 1/2 inches. It’s from a smoke free, pet friendly home. Does have a tie at the waist.
