Vintage Hand Stitched Strawberry Skirt

Vintage hand stitched Strawberry patterned skirt. I have 32 waist, something will stick out if I tie it up and wear it around so I´m saying max 30 waist? I guess if I had a pin it would be ok. Hand stitched, store bought fabric. Ties, no markings.
