Carved shell cameo. Sterling silver under gold. Maker appears to be hallmark of circle with “R” inside. Like most old cameos the hallmark is on the small necklace loop not the body. So it’s very small. Transparency is very good and overall condition is in keeping with 75 year old jewelry.
