Construction reminds me of Schreiner or Austria. Do not believe this is Schreiner, as it does not have a notched pin stem, and some other elements are missing, which leads me to think Austria. It´s tricolor; the top floral spray is a pale yellow. All stones are good and look original.Please look at all the photos, as they are part of the description.
