The "wearable" length is 16 1/4". All the links are closed except for one which has the most clever design I´ve seen in a long time. It´s hinged with a thumb tab which is concealed in the link next to it when locked. When closed, you cannot find the spring-loaded lever which opens this single solid, hinged link.The "Jenny Bird" name is stamped in black on the inside of the clasp link.
