Oura Ring (gen 3) Size 6 - Silver

This is the Oura ring 3rd gen size 6. It is used but is in great condition! For those who don’t know what a oura ring is, it is an electronic ring that basically acts like an apple watch. It tracks your calories burnt, steps, heart rate, REM sleep, sleep patterns, menstrual cycle, basal body temp, estimation on menstrual cycle (is always on the dot exactly). This ring is also amazing at tracking ovulation and menopause! It tracks stress levels throughout the day and notifies you when your heart rate is too high.
