Vintage DIANE FREIS Original black & white floral and polka dot swiss cotton jumpsuit!!! Ruffled cape flounce at shoulder and flounced puff sleeve. Floral top with textured jacquard leaf print beneath polka dot print. Rare and fun as all get out. Some slight understanding aging to some of the white, leaving up to buyer to refresh but certainly not detracting or distracting. Might come right out.
