Limoges of France.The Mug/Tankard is made of porcelain and is meticulously hand painted featuring warm shades of tawny browns and ambers with gold accents in the grapes an top rim.The piece has the makers marks on the underside with the JPL France, #22 and the artists signature/mark done in gold gilding.The piece was created in the early 1900´s.The piece measures approximately 5.5" tall by 4" at the base and 5.5" wide handle side and is in excellent antique condition withno chips, cracks, or repairs, hand-painted details remain vibrant and intact, and the gold accents show minimal wear, consistent with its antique age.This is a lovely antique art piece that would add a unique, classy accent to any environment.
