Vintage Fleming Sterling Silver Overlay Cutter Grazing Sweetwater Mullen Bit

For your consideration, a vintage Fleming Sterling Silver overlay on StainlessSteel cutting or grazing bit. The bit is in well maintained condition, but a1/2 inch long section of the silver is missing where the mouthpiece attaches onthe right cheek. Please see the close up photo provided. The close up photosshow the marking FLEMING below the mouthpiece on the inside of the rightcheek. The mouthpiece is a 4.75 inch wide by 7/16 inch diameter sweetwatermullen port. The low and wide port on this bit offers a lot of tongue reliefand works more on the bars of the horse. Suitable for horses ready for a solidmouthpiece all the way to the older finished horse that may need a bit that hasa different feel.
