1976 2.00 A-L minus #3 but is 1 through 12 Low numbers several starting with 0

This Collection consists of all the locations where they were minted. Very low numbers many starting with Zero. One of the bills had a stamp on it that was stamped over by the post office. Stamp is gone but ink stamp is still showing. All in plastic. 2 different sets other set has Star Note. Or can purchase star note separately for 485. Price is per each set you pick.
