This is a sterling silver pendant enhancer set with a pale blue gemstone ( blue topaz?) and a large silvery gray, baroque pearl. The 1 1/2 inch pendant is set with a 12.4mm wide & 16.4 mm length pearl. While the pendant can accomodate up to a 5.5mm diameter chain this pendant comes with an 18 inch, 1.2 mm, snake chain also in sterling silver. Vermeil accenting around blue gemstone. Signed ( last pic) & 18 grams in total weight.
