Irish Bog Art Peat Turf Plaque Adam & Eve Serpent

Irish "bog art" is hand-carved from turf, or vegetation that has been compacted in the bogs of Ireland for thousands of years. A form of Celtic folk art that allows you to have a little piece of Eire in your own home. This plaque depicts Adam and Eve being tempted by the serpent in the Garden of Eden, a scene modeled after a panel from the ninth-century Cross of Moone.
