Black 80% wool / 20% cotton cape with red interior by Scott Lester Organisation [sic] London. Internet search sees very few example of same item over 400.The brocade border extends the full length of the cape. Collar is black velvet which, at the neck closure, house two tasseled ties, all as imaged.On inside left is a light brown (on red) stain, as imaged.
