Stunning Vintage Japanese Hand PaintedSmall Gold Gilded Celadon Porcelain JarThis is a Stunning Vintage Japanese Hand Painted Small Gold Gilded Celadon Porcelain Jar.The jar has been meticulously and intricately hand painted with variations of flowers, leaves and vines in tiny and intricate detailing with gold gilding accents throughout the entire surface. It has a round matching lid that is fitted on the top rim of the jar.All is painted onto a traditional Japanese light green celadon glossy Seto Imari glaze.The jar is from the 1920´s to 1930´s.The jar is unmarked and measures approximately 5" high by 3.75" wide and is in great vintage condition with only minor manufacturing anomalies on the lid which in inherent with vintage handmade Japanese porcelain items and doesn´t take away from the overall stunning presentation.This is such a lovely example of vintage Japanese hand painted porcelain that would add a splash of excitement to any environment.
