Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Purple Sapphire Diamond Ring Size 6

Beautiful 14k yellow gold with a large purple sapphire and a tiny diamond on each side. I love the textured wavy design on the setting. It’s marked 14k inside with what looks like a set of numbers but hard to make out. This came from a pawn shop and has the pawn shop tag. Weight without the tag is 3.24 grams. Size 6
