10K Gold Ring w/ Sapphire & Diamonds

This is a 10K yellow gold ring with a pear shaped sapphire haloed with round diamonds. This ring also features multiple baguette diamonds down either side of the halo. It is stamped 10K on the under side of the setting and is in wonderful used condition.
